And that’s easier said than done! The team in Minneapolis today has spent a lot of time and effort to implement processes and procedures to provide great service. Everyone on the team has stepped up in order to make big contributions. Their dedication has translated into both retaining and adding new customers. Ultimately that means gaining market share with existing customers and consistently opening new accounts.
