Centralized Services Team Name Change

Emser’s Central Order Team will change its name to the “Centralized Services Team: effective December 1, 2021.

Emser Tile is excited to announce that, due to the expansion of services and department growth during the past few years, the Central Order Team will change its name to the “Centralized Services Team” effective, December 1st, 2021. We will continue to support ALL segments as well as branch partners while identifying areas of opportunity and continuous improvement in pursuit of providing external/internal customers with an effortless customer service experience. 

We will also separate our B2C (business to consumer) and lead nurturing functions from the normal centralized services model and respond to end consumer inquiries and requests as the “Customer Solutions Team” for Emser Tile. That is a growing and important part of our customer service and engagement strategy, and one that we believe will help support the business in the months and years to come. 

We will provide additional details in the coming days and weeks. For now, know that we appreciate the partnership and look forward to building on recent successes in 2022 and beyond.
